Role Overview

To manage the day-to-day operations of the Service administration and Costings teams to ensure Company and contracted KPI's are consistently achieved. Establish and maintain operational metrics and reporting to measure performance across the department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise, train and develop team members demonstrating the ability to maximise performance
  • Strong organisational and detail-orientated personality with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment;
  • Monitor overall performance of the team to meet relevant KPIs;
  • Exceptional communication skills and a problem solver
  • Undertake formal performance management where performance issues are identified;

Main Role:

  • Provide line management to Service Desk and Costing Operations, which include objective setting and performance management
  • Understanding and identifying both Teams priorities and KPI's to ensure consistent adherence development of performance
  • Accountable for the quality of administration including call triage and allocation, routing, skill to job matching, prioritisation of calls, resident liaison, engineer scheduling, out of hours service delivery, work status updates, Customer portal management, liaising with 3rd party suppliers, cross functional communication
  • Ensure the correct prioritisation and organisation of the Costings team workload in line with the Company's financial timescales to ensure accurate and timely Applications for payment from customers
