Our client is a leading provider of commercial Business Centres in the Southeast.

They are looking to recruit a Part time Deputy Office Manager working the hours of Mon to Fri 9.00am to 3.00pm

The main aspects of the role are -

For their central support office based in Harlow they are looking to recruit a professional individual to effectively support the Office Manager to ensure that the office runs effectively, and provide admin support for the Director of Technical Services. This role is varied and busy.

Daily/weekly tasks include -

  • Full admin support
  • Handling general enquiries (and occasionally emergencies) by email or phone
  • Maintain corporate diary and occasional minute taking
  • Assisting Office Manager with, Annual confirmation statement to Companies House, renewals of all periodic legal registrations for the business, filing financial reports to Companies House
  • Assisting Office Manager with IT support, and recording all IT equipment /software up to date. (adding and removing users)
  • Assisting the Office Manager to arrange training for the whole company
  • Ordering and arranging delivery of equipment for all of the centres
  • Handling and updating internal CRM with customer data including - Pricing, license reviews, renewal of contracts
  • Assist in arranging social event s across the centres.

The ideal person may have already working in a similar role, been an office manager, PA or senior commercial administration role

Essential skills

Good knowledge of all Microsoft packages

Excellent administration skills
