Role Overview:

We are looking to recruit an experienced and enthusiastic Early Years Teacher to join a local nursery in Harrow. An ideal candidate would be need to be passionate about working with young children and providing high-quality care and education. This role is a Part-Time(2 days a week), Thursdays and Fridays.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teaching Status or equivalent qualification
  • 6 months plus experience working in a EYFS setting (preferably)
  • Enhanced DBS (desired)
  • Good knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Planning and delivering age-appropriate activities and learning experiences.
  • Promoting positive relationships with children, parents and carers.
  • Ensuring all policies and procedures are adhered to, including safeguarding and health and safety.
  • Completing regular observations, assessments and progress reports for each child.
