The successful candidate will either have some practical experience working within a laboratory or will have a relevant qualification such as a degree or equivalent within a related science field i.e. Chemistry or Biology. Tasks and Responsibilities

To prepare fine fragrance, personal care and household application samples as requested for customer briefs
Maintain and update stock of fragrances on PV
Maintain a clean and orderly laboratory environment and good laboratory practices
Accurately dispense fragrance oils in a clean and safe manner to finished products, meeting the deadlines required from the project initiator, salesperson, perfumer or Laboratory Manager
To maintain the fragrance library in a neat & tidy manner in order that contamination of fragrance oils can be prevented
To transfer finished samples to agreed deadlines to project initiator according to quality guidelines
To liaise with the project initiators, perfumers or Laboratory Manager on any issues that may delay sample deadlines
To help maintain stock of all laboratory consumables e.g., jar bottles etc.
