Exciting opportunity for a Clinical pharmacy technician to join our clientsHomecare Oncology Specialist Team based out of Harlow.

You will be one of the core Clinical pharmacy technicians in a rewarding clinical setting, working closely with the NHS & pharmaceutical companies to deliver a truly exceptional service to the most important people our patients.

For this role you will need to either be from a clinical or an oncology background
  • Full time & Part time candidates considered
  • Salary up to £32,000 pa
  • Monday Friday working one of the following set times: 09:00 17:00/ 10:00 18:00/ 12:00 20:00/ 22:00 06:00
  • 35 hours per week - or Part time: 1 - 4 days per week
  • 36 days annual leave (28 days holiday & 8 bank holidays)
  • Benifits: Private healthcare, pension & Market leading maternity, paternity, and adoption leave

As aClinical pharmacy technician, you will work alongside pharmacists and compound team to support the fulfilling complex patient care prescriptions from NHS professionals.

As a Clinical pharmacy technician, you will be liaising with pharmacists to create TPN formulations into valid patient prescriptions once calculations have been created. You will also get involved within all aspects of the widerclientsservices to ensure patients receive the service they need.

You will need to have your NVQ 3Pharmacy Servicesfor this role , you need to enjoyhitting targets whilst still maintaining attention to detailand be happy witha non-patient facing environment.

Clinical pharmacy technician Skills and Experience:
  • Must have gained your Technician qualification and be registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council
  • Minimum1years' experience in aclinicial environment (hospital or private)
  • Comfortable working with IT systems and experience working with Pharmacy software or systems
  • Fantastic attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills forreporting, analysis and issue -resolution
  • Commitment to maintaining Professional and ethical standards
  • Familiar with technology-based service delivery is desirable
