In this role, you'll ensure the quality and safety of products during the night shift, managing audits, process checks, and inspections to maintain food safety and GMP compliance. Working with a team of Quality Auditors and Hygiene Operatives, you'll help uphold the company's reputation for high-quality products and gain valuable experience by collaborating with day shift managers.

This role would suit a Quality Auditor or Inspector from a food manufacturing background, looking to join the UK's leading dessert brand with a 4 nights on, 4 nights off shift pattern, meaning you only work six months each year, with a exciting career progression in a fast-paced, growing company.

The Role:

  • Audit production for food safety, GMP, and quality compliance.
  • Address quality issues and non-conformances quickly.
  • Learn best practices from day shift for smooth night shift transitions.

The Person:

  • Experience in Food Manufacturing, Pharmaceutical, or Chemicals
  • NVQ or degree in a related field
  • Quality Inspector/ Auditor background
  • Happy working 7pm - 7am 4 nights on 4 night off (6 Months off a year)
  • Based in Bishop's Stortford
