My client is a main contractor who work in the Commercial Sector primarily building new build schemes up to 15m in value.
The Project and Role
My client are looking for a Project Manager for a 9m new build steel frame commercial unit in Harlow initially this will be on a freelance basis and could go permanent if it goes well for both parties.
You will align with the Construction Director and Commercial Lead and take responsibility for the strategy and execution of programme and commercial management.
The Project Managerwill also be responsible for supply chain management, Client and stakeholder reporting and liaison, staff development, planning and management of resources to suit project milestones, health and safety, environmental and quality management to ensure compliance with Client standards, legislation and industry regulations.
