Project Administrator (Passive Fire Protection)

Job Summary:
Pertemps areare looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Administrator to support one of our clients in the Passive Fire Protection sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating administrative tasks, ensuring smooth communication, and assisting with project execution from start to finish in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist Project Managers with day-to-day administrative duties, ensuring projects stay on track.
  • Organize and maintain project files, ensuring all documents are up to date and properly filed.
  • Facilitate communication between clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and the project team.
  • Assist in scheduling contractor appointments, material deliveries, and inspections
  • Help procure materials and ensure timely delivery to the construction site.
  • Assist with client invoicing and reporting of project data.
  • Prepare KPI reports for clients and senior management.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 2-3 years of administrative experience, preferably in construction administration or project coordination.Experience with residential construction processes is highly desirable
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
