You will be playing a pivotal role in supporting their sales teams and ensuing a seamless operation.
Responsibilities.
- Processing order quotes
- Responding to enquires via phone & email
- Processing refunds
- Customer support
- Product Returns
- Availability and lead time checks (liaising with suppliers)
- Keeping customer/ supplier updated
- Product data up to date
- General ad-hoc duties
