Property Coordinator

Ideally, you'll bring prior experience from a property-related background, giving you a strong foundation for understanding the demands of the role. You will be highly organised, capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently, and a self-starter who can work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft and prepare legally compliant tenancy agreements and contracts, ensuring all parties understand their rights and responsibilities.
  • Conduct regular property visits to assess condition and identify any maintenance issues.
  • Compile detailed and accurate reports, including photographs, outlining the property's condition and any necessary actions
  • Manage the check-in and check-out process, ensuring a smooth transition for tenants.
  • Conduct thorough property inspections at check-in and check-out, documenting any existing or new damages.
  • Arrange and coordinate maintenance and repairs with approved third-party suppliers.
  • Obtain and evaluate quotes for maintenance work, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Demonstrated experience in the property sector
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Ability to work to deadlines
  • Full UK Driving Licence with access to your own transport
