Property Manager

I have a fantastic opportunity for a Property Manager to join a well established light hearted team in Harlow!

The Role:

- Processing all maintenance queries

- Contacting contractors to organise works

- Obtaining invoices from contractors, checking to ensure works completed and signing off to accounts for payments

- Ensuring access for contractors for appointments

- Dairy management

The Person:

- Ideally someone from a property management background, if not a strong scheduling/dairy management role.

- Highly organised

- Great personal skills and able to relationship build.

- MUST be a driver with own vehicle

Dependant upon experience and situation the role is being offered at either Temp-Perm or Perm.

The hours of work are Mon-Friday 9am-5pm NO SATURDAYS !! Music to any Property Managers ears !!!
