Salary is dependent on experience, and the job offers a Monday to Friday schedule with no Saturday work.

I have a fantastic opportunity for a Property Manager to join a well established light hearted team in Harlow!

The Role: - Processing all maintenance queries - Contacting contractors to organise works- Obtaining invoices from contractors, checking to ensure works completed and signing off to accounts for payments - Ensuring access for contractors for appointments- Dairy management

The Person: - Ideally someone from a property management background, if not a strong scheduling/dairy management role.- Highly organised- Great personal skills and able to relationship build. - MUST be a driver with own vehicle

Dependant upon experience and situation the role is being offered at either Temp-Perm or Perm.
