A fantastic opportunity for a Property Manager is available in Harlow with a well-established team.
The role involves processing maintenance queries, contacting contractors, and managing invoices and appointments.
Candidates should ideally have a property management background or experience in scheduling and diary management.
The position requires strong organizational skills, excellent personal skills, and the candidate must be a driver with their own vehicle.
Salary is dependent on experience, and the role offers a Monday to Friday schedule with no Saturday work.

I have a fantastic opportunity for a Property Manager to join a well established light hearted team in Harlow!

The Role:

-Processing all maintenance queries

-Contacting contractors to organise works

-Obtaining invoices from contractors, checking to ensure works completed and signing off to accounts for payments

-Ensuring access for contractors for appointments

-Dairy management

The Person:

-Ideally someone from a property management background, if not a strong scheduling/dairy management role.

-Highly organised

-Great personal skills and able to relationship build.

-MUST be a driver with own vehicle

Dependant upon experience and situation the role is being offered at either Temp-Perm or Perm.

The hours of work are Mon-Friday 9am-5pm NO SATURDAYS !! Music to any Property Managers ears !!!
