The role-

- Carrying out property inspections

- Creating property reports and sending to landlords

- Meeting trades at properties to provide access

- General property admin- organising of council tax etc.

- Reception duties

- Accurately documenting information onto the CRM system.

- Adhoc admin/Customer service duties

The Person-

- MUST be a driver with own vehicle

- Excellent communication skills

- Happy to be out of the office 2/3 days a week on inspections

- Previous property inspection experience is a bonus.
