About the RoleAs a key member of their talent acquisition team, you will play a vital role in providing recruitment and employee onboarding administration support. Your attention to detail and organisational skills will ensure a smooth transition for new employees into the organisation.
What You'll Be Doing
- Prepare and administer offer letters, contracts, induction paperwork, and reference requests for all new employees.
- Ensure all employment and induction forms are returned, scanned, and saved to the relevant personnel file.
- Carry out pre-employment checks with diligence.
- Update HR systems with new employee details accurately.
- Set up new employees on the e-learning platform (Bobs Business) and one-to-one system.
- Coordinate with Facilities to create new employee starter packs.
- Organise new employee starter inductions and maintain an induction matrix.
- Ensure all new employees attend their scheduled inductions.
- Prepare and administer agency temporary staff and work experience paperwork.
- Maintain trackers for new employees, agency temporary staff, and work experience placements.
- Raise recruitment purchase orders as needed.
- Keep the company organisational chart up to date.
