* Technical Property & Surveying

We are looking for hungry, ambitious and hard-working individuals that are looking for the chance to begin their career and develop professionally. Joining a market leader in public sector recruitment, you will be part of an established sales team where you will be given in-depth on the job training to grow a desk of contract and permanent workers.

Duties:

* Developing relationships with clients and candidates through active business development and marketing
* Resourcing and interviewing suitable candidates
* Matching candidates to appropriate opportunities in the market
* Manage 360 recruitment process, providing a consultative approach to both candidates and clients.

Requirements:

* Previous experience of working in Recruitment, Sales or Business Development is advantageous
* Hardworking, driven and self-motivated
* Excellent communication and IT skills, ideally experience of using an in-house CRM system
* Well-presented and positive attitude to work
