Join a leading retail wholesaler, a key supplier of fresh foods for major supermarkets, as an Accounts Administrator. This role is essential for managing and analysing stock and performance data to support business operations. This position is office-based, requiring a full-time commitment and the ability to drive due to the location.
Day-to-day of the role:- Take stock reports and format them into daily stock usage reports.
- Summarise daily consignment stock usage reports.
- Prepare ad hoc KPI data including:
- Packing line efficiencies
- Intake RAGs (Red, Amber, Green status reports)
- Customer actual sales versus forecast reports.
- Proficient in Excel with excellent skills in formulas and pivot tables.
- Experience in data handling and report generation.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license due to the office location.
