About the Role:As an English Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and inspiring lessons to students across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4. You will work within a dedicated department to foster a love of literature, language, and communication, ensuring all students have the opportunity to succeed academically and personally.
Key Responsibilities:路 Plan and deliver high-quality English lessons that engage and challenge students 路 Assess and monitor student progress to ensure academic growth 路 Contribute to the development of the English curriculum and departmental activities 路 Provide constructive feedback and support to students to help them reach their full potential 路 Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning and respect 路 Collaborate with colleagues and participate in professional development opportunities
The Ideal Candidate:路 A qualified teacher with QTS (or equivalent) 路 Passionate about English literature and language 路 Excellent communication and organisational skills 路 Ability to inspire and motivate students of all abilities 路 A team player with a positive attitude and a commitment to continuous improvement 路 Experience teaching English at Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 is preferred
