About the Role
We are looking for Maths teachers to deliver engaging and effective lessons across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 (and potentially Key Stage 5, depending on experience). This is an excellent opportunity for both newly qualified and experienced teachers to make a positive impact in a supportive and innovative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, engaging Maths lessons that inspire students and promote a love of learning.
- Develop and implement innovative teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of all students.
- Assess, track, and report on student progress, providing constructive feedback to help students achieve their potential.
- Contribute to departmental planning, curriculum development, and extra-curricular activities.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the learning experience and create a positive school culture.
We are looking for someone who:
- Holds a degree in Maths or a related field.
- Possesses Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or is in the process of obtaining it.
- Has a passion for teaching and helping students succeed.
- Demonstrates excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- Is committed to continuous professional development.
