We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Unqualified Maths Teacher to join our secondary schools in Harlow. As an Unqualified Maths Teacher, you will have the opportunity to inspire and educate students, fostering a love for mathematics while gaining invaluable classroom experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and effective mathematics lessons to secondary school students.
- Collaborate with qualified teachers to develop and implement lesson plans.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback.
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation.
- Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities.
Qualifications and Experience:
- A strong academic background in mathematics or a related field.
- Previous experience working with young people, preferably in an educational setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A genuine passion for teaching and inspiring students.
- Willingness to work towards qualified teacher status (QTS) in the future.
