Are you a dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) or Senior Teaching Assistant looking to take the next step in your career? We are thrilled to announce the launch of a brand-new Additional Resource Provision (ARP) at our innovative primary school in Harlow, specifically designed to support children with autism and other special educational needs.

We are looking for passionate HLTAs to be part of this exciting journey, working closely with our experienced SEND team to provide exceptional care and educational support for children in the ARP.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the lead SEN teacher in delivering tailored learning experiences for children in the ARP.

Assist with the development and adaptation of classroom strategies to meet the diverse needs of pupils, particularly those with autism, dyslexia, dyspraxia, and other learning challenges.

Create an inclusive, nurturing, and stimulating environment for pupils to achieve their potential.

Collaborate with the wider school community to promote inclusive learning across all classrooms.
