About Us:
- Location: Harlow, Essex
- Age Group: Pupils aged between 10 - 16 years
- Needs: Social, Emotional, Mental health difficulties
- Role: Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA)
Responsibilities:
- Work in partnership with class teachers to support pupils’ learning.
- Plan for and lead classes in the teacher’s absence.
- Attend to pupils’ personal needs
- Assist with social, welfare, care, and health matters.
Qualifications Required:
- GCSE (or equivalent) in English Literacy and Mathematics (grades A*-C).
Desirable Traits:
- Team player
- Patient, tolerant, and understanding
- Enjoy working with children
