What you’ll be doing:
  • Supporting children and young people between the ages of 5 – 19 years with their care and education. 
  • Enabling our learners to participate in activities and have fun outside of school hours including bowling, swimming, cinema trips, sports, baking and sensory groups both on and offsite. 
  • Recording, supporting and celebrating personal achievements and milestones, keeping all documentation up to date 
  • Developing skills according to person centred plans supporting with personal care and medication where needed
