We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Learning Support Assistants with experience in Special Educational Needs (SEN) to join our team. If you have a background in working within schools, Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), or care settings, we would love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide tailored support to students with SEN in both primary and secondary school settings.
  • Assist in the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and support strategies.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Work closely with teachers and other staff to support student learning and development.
  • Monitor and record student progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents.

Requirements:

  • Experience working with children with SEN is essential.
  • Previous experience in a school, EYFS, or care setting is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting childrenā€™s education.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
