Start Date: November 2024

Position: Full-Time, Monday to Friday

Pay Rate: 105- 115 a day (Depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Personalized Support: Provide one-on-one and small group support to students, ensuring each child receives the attention they need.
  • Inclusive Learning: Assist in the development and implementation of individualized learning plans, supporting a range of special educational needs.
  • Classroom Assistance: Support classroom activities and help create an inclusive learning environment where all students can thrive.
  • Progress Monitoring: Track and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to teachers.
  • Positive Environment: Foster a positive, encouraging atmosphere that motivates and inspires students.

Qualifications:

  • Passion for Education: A genuine interest in helping students succeed.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Empathy and Patience: A compassionate and understanding approach to student needs.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adjust to different situations and challenges.
  • Experience with Youth: Previous experience working with children or young people in any capacity.
  • DBS Clearance: An enhanced DBS on the Online Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
