Simply Education is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Co-Educator to join a forward-thinking secondary school. This is a permanent, part-time position (37 hours per week, term-time plus inset days) that offers a fantastic opportunity to work closely with students, teachers, and the SEN department to make a real impact.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Supporting classroom learning activities in line with the curriculum and school policies.
  • Working 1:1 or with small groups to deliver targeted interventions.
  • Promoting inclusion and supporting students with special educational needs.
  • Assisting with English and Maths skills development.
  • Providing feedback and maintaining student progress records.
  • Collaborating with teachers and support staff to ensure the best outcomes for students.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience working with children in a school setting (minimum 4 years).
  • Strong literacy, numeracy, and ICT skills.
  • Knowledge of child development and experience supporting students with SEN.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
  • A proactive and flexible approach with excellent organizational skills.
