We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Intervention Specialist to join our supportive team in Harlow. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a direct impact on student progress, particularly for those who may need additional academic or behavioral support. As an Intervention Specialist, you will work closely with teachers and support staff to develop targeted interventions that help students overcome challenges and achieve their full potential.

The ideal Intervention Specialist will have a strong commitment to creating tailored support plans, addressing individual learning gaps, and enhancing students' social and emotional skills. You will play a key role in tracking progress, adjusting interventions as needed, and working with parents and educators to create a holistic support network.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement intervention strategies to support academic and behavioral progress.
  • Collaborate with teachers to identify students needing additional support and create tailored learning plans.
  • Work with small groups and individual students to build skills, confidence, and resilience.
  • Track student progress and adjust interventions as needed for maximum effectiveness.
  • Engage with parents, caregivers, and other staff to ensure a cohesive approach to student success.
