My client a leading supplier in the food industry, is seeking a motivated Sales and Finance Support Coordinator to join their dynamic team in Harlow. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day support to the Sales and Finance teams.
- Process sales orders, invoices, and payments with accuracy and efficiency.
- Assist in managing accounts payable and receivable.
- Reconcile financial statements and prepare reports for management.
- Respond to client inquiries and ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Help the team meet sales targets by supporting the sales process.
What We're Looking For:
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and a team player attitude.
- Previous experience in sales support or finance administration is desirable.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel; knowledge of accounting software is a plus.
