Hours: Monday to Friday 08:00-17:00
Salary: £45,00-£55,000
An excellent opportunity has now arisen for an Purchasing/Supply Chain Manager to join our client’s successful team in Harlow.

About the role:
We are seeking a skilled Purchasing/Supply Chain Manager to oversee the company's purchasing activities, ensuring cost-effective procurement of goods and services while maintaining high quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement purchasing strategies to enhance profitability
- Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate contracts and secure advantageous terms
- Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed
- Utilise ERP systems to track purchases and analyse data
- Maintain accurate records of purchases and pricing
- Work closely with the logistics & production teams to ensure timely delivery of goods
What we would like from you:
- Proven experience as a Purchasing Manager or in a similar role within manufacturing
- Proficient in using ERP
- Strong excel skills
- Ability to negotiate effectively and secure favourable terms
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality
