- Assisting the client services team with day-to-day operations
- Creating clear, detailed briefs for the design/creative team
- Budget management/ cost estimates
- Setting up and maintaining project records within internal systems
- Liaising with external partners
- Handling administrative tasks and maintaining organised records
- Supporting the team with other tasks as needed
- Experience in a marketing role, ideally within an agency setting.
- Experience as an Account Executive, or within a client services team is highly desirable.
- Experience managing client relationships and communicating at the client level.
