Carter Murray have partnered with a leading name within the EV Charging space who are looking to grow their sales team with an innovative sales manager to lead their growing sales division.

This PE backed brand are scaling at pace with the demand for EV charge points at an all time high. Expanding EV charging infrastructure is now a key focus for the UK government, with over £1bn being invested into local and national EV infrastructure initiatives.

The Sales Manager will play a key role both internally and externally both executing the sales strategy set by senior leadership and by providing day to day guidance, mentor and leadership to the sales team.

Responsibilities:

Key Account Management & Growth - Manage and grow relationships with clients, developing tailored solutions to meet their EV charging needs. Identify opportunities to expand within existing accounts while maintaining strong client relationships.

Sales Leadership - Lead and manage the sales team to exceed sales goals and objectives. Provide guidance, supporting, and performance coaching to maximise the team's potential.

Collaborate with Internal Teams - Work closely with infrastructure and customer support teams to ensure solutions meet client expectations and to resolve any technical challenges that arise.

Sales Pipeline Management - Manage the sales pipeline, tracking progress and opportunities across multiple key accounts. Use CRM tools to drive account performance and maintain strong engagement with prospects and clients.

Sales Forecasting & Reporting - Monitor and report on sales performance, market trends, and competitor analysis. Analyse data to forecast sales targets and make data-driven decisions.

Proposals & Negotiation - Develop detailed proposals and close deals that align with the company's revenue and growth objectives.

Industry Engagement & Networking - Represent the brand at relevant industry events, exhibitions, and conferences to promote the brand, develop new business leads, and strengthen client relationships.
