You will lead and mentor a team of Project Managers, implement best-in-class project governance, and collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes. This is a high-impact role where you will play a crucial part in ensuring smooth HCM software implementations, managing risks, and maintaining strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee multiple client projects, ensuring successful HCM solution delivery.
  • Lead, mentor, and support Project Managers, providing guidance, training, and best practices.
  • Align project deliverables with business objectives, ensuring efficiency and scalability.
  • Serve as the senior point of contact for clients, managing expectations and providing strategic insights.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring challenges are addressed proactively.
  • Maintain clear documentation, monitor KPIs, and provide regular reports to senior leadership.
  • Continuously enhance project methodologies, tools, and workflows to drive efficiency and success.
 Who You Are:
  • Proven experience as a Programme Manager within an HCM, HR Tech, SaaS, or enterprise software implementation environment.
  • Strong background in project & programme management methodologies (Agile, PRINCE2, PMP, MSP, etc.).
  • Exceptional leadership skills with experience in managing and developing project managers.
  • Strong stakeholder management abilities with a client-first approach.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex project landscapes.
  • Strong financial and resource management experience, ensuring projects remain on budget and within scope.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams, including sales, technical teams, and senior executives.
