A well-established law firm in Harpenden has a vacancy for an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join its growing dispute resolution team. This firm is known for its excellent work-life balance and supportive environment. 

The Team:

The dispute resolution team has experience in acting in a variety of disputes including court representation, tribunal hearings, mediations, arbitrations and adjudications. It works across all aspects of commercial litigation including breach of contract, professional negligence, property disputes and housing disputes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with possession notices and claims
  • Assisting with witness statements
  • Running simple debt claims
  • Access injunctions
  • Attending court where counsel is instructed

About You:

  • Have at least 12 months' experience in assisting fee-earners in a busy commercial litigation department
  • Experience of housing litigation matters would be advantageous but not essential
  • Excellent attention to detail
