Due to exceptional growth within the group our client is seeking a self-motivated Technical Sales Engineer to manage sales growth across the Midlands, through a network of M&E Consultants.

They offer customized systems that cater to the specific needs of businesses, ensuring optimal performance and energy efficiency. Their clients range from small enterprises to large corporations, all seeking reliable and innovative climate control solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a solid background in engineering, with specific expertise in HVAC systems involving industrial scale chillers and heatpumps. They should possess strong technical acumen combined with excellent communication skills, enabling them to convey complex concepts to clients with varying levels of technical knowledge. Salary / Package + OTE: 

Basic up to: 60K

OTE of an additional: 22.5K PA

The package includes a company car or car allowance, and additional benefits such as private healthcare and a pension plan. Specific figures will be provided based on experience and qualifications.
