As a Staff Nurse in the surgical team, you will:
- Support patients recovering from various surgeries, including Orthopaedic, Urology, Bariatric, Plastic surgery, ENT, and Ophthalmology.
- Deliver high-quality care and promote best practices.
- Make safe discharge decisions alongside the consultant team.
- Liaise and network with other departments across the hospital.
- Identify and report significant changes affecting patients' health and well-being.
- Develop your own knowledge and skills, as well as those of others.
- Promote best practices in health, safety, and security.
