Location: Harpenden, Hertfordshire. Basis: Employed-Full Time. Salary: Basic salary of Up-to £32.5K DOE + Commission, Realistic Year 1 OTE £55K. Uncapped commission structure. Our client is Hertfordshire’s premier Estate Agency chain with 6 branches across the county, their financial arm launched in 2020 and has a broad customer base of High Net Worth individuals and has gone from strength to strength since inception. They are now seeking an additional Mortgage & Protection Adviser to join their team who will be responsible for providing Mortgage & Protection advice to their HNW client base regarding their property financing needs, you will need to be able to demonstrate a track record of writing decent levels of business in a previous Mortgage & Protection advice position to be considered. Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Excellent inter-personal and presentation skills, with outstanding communication and listening skills, with the ability to explain complex information in a clear and simple format.
  • Minimum of 36 Months demonstrable customer facing mortgage sales experience, with Full CeMAP mortgage qualification or equivalent.
  • Experience of Financial Services sales and an understanding of compliance regulations.
  • Highly competent Microsoft Office user, including Excel, Word and Outlook.
  • Knowledge of the markets we operate in and the demographic of our customer base 
  • A driven and ambitious professional who will support us in growing this department 
  • Well-presented individual with excellent communication skills and able to to represent the brand to a high standard.
