This role involves teaching all aspects of English, with some general cover responsibilities. You'll be provided with ample time for planning and marking. The ideal candidate will have excellent subject knowledge, strong classroom management skills, and a positive approach to fostering student engagement and relationships. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality English lessons across Key Stages 3 to 5.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Effectively manage classroom behaviour and student engagement.
- Participate in the planning, preparation, and marking of student work.
- Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to the school's ongoing development.
