A fantastic opportunity has arisen for Teaching Assistant in Primary School near Buxton. We're looking for a passionate teaching assistant to support a child 1:1 and help nurture and develop this child personally and educationally. The school is looking for someone committed who'll begin this role on a supply basis but will turn into a permanent position for the perfect candidate.
The responsibilities of a Teaching Assistant will include:
- Assisting the teacher with classroom preparation
- Working 1:1 with students who require additional support
- Leading group work where required
- Helping the class teacher with pupil observations
