Key Responsibilities

As a Finance Officer, youll play a pivotal role in the financial operations of the company. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Performing daily bank reconciliations.
  • Preparing and issuing customer invoices (monthly and ad hoc).
  • Managing weekly pay runs and processing payments.
  • Uploading and processing monthly payroll entries.
  • Completing month-end balance sheet reconciliations and journals.
  • Assisting the Finance Director with financial planning, reporting dashboards, debtor management, month-end reviews, and more.
