Job Opportunity: Senior Management Accountant
Location: Harrogate
Salary: £45,000 per annum
Hours: 5 days per week in office, working hours are 9am-6pm or 8am-5pm
Our client, a prestigious hotel and leisure complex near Harrogate, is looking for an experienced Senior Management Accountant to join their dynamic team. If you're a driven finance professional with a passion for hospitality and leisure, this could be the perfect role for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
- Providing insights on financial performance and advising senior management on business strategy
- Managing the preparation of monthly management accounts
- Monitoring and controlling expenditure to ensure profitability
- Working closely with various departments to improve financial processes
Desirables:
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA/AAT studier or qualified (or equivalent)
- Proven experience in management accounting, ideally in the hospitality or leisure sector
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
