Castlefield Recruitment are delighted to be partnered with an exciting organisation, based in Harrogate, who are experiencing a high period of growth. Due to this growth, a new opportunity has arisen to join their team on a permanent basis as an Research Administrator. The modern offices are easily accessible via public transport and parking is available onsite. This role is perfect for someone looking to work on a hybrid working pattern.

You will join an organisation that places employee wellbeing at the heart of their ethos. This means an incredibly supportive team, employee wellbeing days and group activities.  

Role;

  • Dealing with a wide range of calls and emails
  • Working closely with researchers
  • Organising meetings and minute taking
  • Diary management
  • Maintain accurate records
  • Perform various administration duties for the research and service team
  • Updating and maintaining the internal database
  • Ensure accurate recording and reporting of data

Person;

  • Having past experience working in an administration position
  • Be comfortable performing various administration duties such as minute taking
  • Be organised and professional
  • Have excellent communication skills
