- Liaising with both colleagues and customers directly via e-mail and telephone.
- Answering queries in the admin inbox from customers and reps.
- Processing, uploading orders and credits daily.
- Being the first point of contact for the external Field Sales Reps.
- Working from various databases including Excel, Word and a recently introduced CRM system.
- Creating and publishing a fortnightly internal sales bulletin.
- Reviewing plans in line with company strategy deletions and creating new plans in a timely manner.
- Liaising with suppliers to ensure products are delivered on time.
- Providing admin support to other accounts as required for holiday or sickness cover.
- Previous experience in an administrative position.
- Excellent customer service and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload.
- Quick learner with a passion to develop new skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- A confident approach when communicating with colleagues, suppliers and customers.
- Competency using Microsoft Word, Excel, and ability to learn CRM systems.
- A positive can do attitude.
