If so, then look no further than this exciting and rarely available opportunity! Impression Recruitment is delighted to be searching for a self-motivated Client Account Coordinator to join a fantastic company based in charming offices in Harrogate. You will be supporting the Sales Administration and external Field Sales teams with administrative tasks, accurately processing orders using the recently introduced CRM system, as well as communicating with clients to answer any queries they may have. A level of experience in administration is necessary in order to be successful, alongside great customer service skills and a confident approach to liaising with colleagues and customers alike.Your Duties As Client Account Coordinator: 
  • Liaising with both colleagues and customers directly via e-mail and telephone.
  • Answering queries in the admin inbox from customers and reps.
  • Processing, uploading orders and credits daily.
  • Being the first point of contact for the external Field Sales Reps.
  • Working from various databases including Excel, Word and a recently introduced CRM system.
  • Creating and publishing a fortnightly internal sales bulletin.
  • Reviewing plans in line with company strategy deletions and creating new plans in a timely manner.
  • Liaising with suppliers to ensure products are delivered on time.
  • Providing admin support to other accounts as required for holiday or sickness cover.
Skills / Qualities Required: 
  • Previous experience in an administrative position.
  • Excellent customer service and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload.
  • Quick learner with a passion to develop new skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • A confident approach when communicating with colleagues, suppliers and customers.
  • Competency using Microsoft Word, Excel, and ability to learn CRM systems.
  • A positive can do attitude.
In return as a Client Account Coordinator, you will receive a salary of £24,000 - £26,000 per annum, working Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5pm, with 24 days holiday (excluding bank holidays!).
