Right Search are recruiting on behalf of a reputable Nursing Home based in Harrogate, WestYorkshire. The home specialises in providing high standards of person centred care to elderly residents and for some individuals with challenging behaviours.

The service is a mediumsize nursing homesurrounded by local parks with a breathtaking feeling of a unique rural surrounding.

THE ROLE

  • As CareClinical Lead, you'll support the delivery of the quality care at the nursing home.
  • Working closely with the General Manager
  • You'll inspire a multidisciplinary team to make sure they help every resident to enjoy the best possible quality of life.
  • Two shifts a week will be clinical, the rest supernumary completing paperwork.
  • 40 hours per week contracted working opposite to the manager on shiftcovering alternate weekends.

Successful candidate must:

  • Be a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with current NMC registration
  • Experience in helping residents with different health needs
  • Sufficient in care plans and documentation
  • Be compassionate, resilient and determined to deliver quality care in an engaging and energetic environment.
