Nursery Room Leader -Role Overview:

As a Room Leader, you will play a key role in leading a team of practitioners, ensuring the highest standards of care, learning, and development for the children. You will create a stimulating and inclusive setting, fostering strong relationships with both children and parents.

Nursery Room Leader -Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support a team of practitioners, ensuring a high-quality early years provision
• Plan and implement engaging, age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS framework
• Promote a safe, caring, and stimulating environment
• Build strong relationships with parents and carers, providing regular updates on children's progress
• Ensure all policies and procedures are adhered to, maintaining the highest safeguarding standards

Nursery Room Leader -Requirements:

• Minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification
• Previous experience in a Room Leader or senior nursery practitioner role
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Passion for early years education and child development
• Knowledge of safeguarding and EYFS framework
