Based in the picturesque town of Harrogate, my client specialises in a diverse range of projects spanning across the Residential, Commercial, and Industrial sectors. The team is committed to excellence, creativity, and client satisfaction, making them a trusted partner in shaping inspiring spaces that enrich communities.

The practice are seeking a talented and motivated Architect to join their dynamic team in Harrogate. As an Architect, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects from concept to completion, collaborating closely with clients, consultants, and fellow team members. This role offers a chance to contribute your expertise to a variety of ventures while honing your skills in a supportive and stimulating environment.

Skills, Experience & Responsibilities for the role of Architect:

  • Lead the design process, developing concepts and translating them into detailed architectural drawings and specifications.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences, offering creative solutions that align with their vision and budget.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to ensure timely delivery and quality outcomes.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continually enhance design methodologies and processes.
  • Relevant Part 1, 2 and 3 degrees/ accreditations and ARB registered.
  • Several years of experience post Part 3 ideally.
  • Proficiency in Revit would be preferred.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently with minimal supervision.
