Job Title: Architectural Technician

Salary: £25,000 - £27,000
This is a great opportunity to join a highly established Architectural practice who provide creative and innovative designs to ensure high quality buildings. They are on the lookout for an independent Architectural Technician to work on a range of multidisciplined projects across the Northwest.
To be successful in applying for the role of Architectural Technician, you will need 2 years post architectural technology qualification experience within a UK practice. You will need to be able to demonstrate proficiency with Revit as well as showing ambition to work towards chartership. Good knowledge of UK planning and building regulations, with some job running experience being welcome.

Skills, experience, and responsibilities for the role of Architectural Technician:
- Degree or higher education qualification within Architectural Technology
- 2 years post qualification experience within a UK practice
- Working towards CIAT chartership
- Proficiency with Revit software
- Strong detailing and technical design skills
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Good knowledge of UK planning and building regulations
- Live locally within the Harrogate area
