I am seeking a talented and driven Part 2 Architectural Assistant to join an award-winning practice based in Harrogate. This well-established firm specialises in delivering creative and innovative designs across a range of sectors, including commercial, retail, education, and hospitality. With a focus on high-quality, sustainable solutions, the team consistently surpasses client expectations.

The successful Part 2 Architectural Assistant will be motivated to develop their career and will have sufficient experience in industry. You will have creative design flare and excellent technical skills. You must live within a commutable distance of Harrogate and Revit knowledge is beneficial.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Part 2 Architectural Assistant:

Completed RIBA Part One and RIBA Part Two qualifications
Sufficient experience in a UK-based Architecture practice (either as a Part 1 or Part 2)
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent knowledge of current UK building regulations
Designing and modelling projects whilst collaborating with senior team members
Supporting Project Architects and attend design meetings
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Great technical abilities
Proficient using Revit
Must live within a commutable distance of Harrogate
