Konker is seeking a Part 2 Architectural Assistant to join a RIBA practice in Harrogate, which has been recognized as employer of the year in North Yorkshire.
The practice is focused on growth and has ambitious plans for 2025, working on diverse projects across various sectors including Commercial, Residential, Logistics, and Retail.
Candidates should possess relevant experience and will be involved in projects from inception to completion, including producing working drawings and preparing design proposals.
The salary for this position ranges from £28,000 to £30,000, depending on previous experience and ability.

Konker is recruiting for a Part 2 Architectural Assistant to join a RIBA practice in Harrogate. Due to continued growth year on year, this RIBA practice is looking ahead to 2025 with big plans in place. In North Yorkshire, they have recently been voted employer of the year, within regional business awards with credit to their diversity, culture, and inclusion as an employer. This is shown through employing people from over 15 different nationalities and 20 speaking countries. As a practice they work all over the UK, designing and delivering on projects. They work within a variety of sectors, and you will never be fixed to just one sector. Instead, you can find yourself working on Commercial, Residential, Logistics and Retail projects. The practice has some core believes which includes working with BIM and the latest industry technologies whilst making all projects as sustainable as possible. They have a family feel to it with people being the heart of everything they do. As the Part 2 Architectural Assistant, you will be involved in projects from inception through to completion, developing ideas for clients. You will also be producing working drawings, working with contractors, preparing design proposals, planning applications and feasibility studies. Salary for this Part 2 Architectural Assistant position in Harrogate ranges from £28,000 to £30,000 depending on previous experience and ability.
