My client is looking for a talented and passionate Project Architect to join their dynamic, award-winning team in Harrogate. The practice creates high-quality, innovative designs across Commercial, Residential and Industrial projects and they have an exceptional reputation for providing client-focused solutions. This role offers a chance to apply your expertise to a variety of projects whilst building your skills in a supportive environment.

The practice is seeking a Project Architect with sufficient post Part 3 experience and strong technical abilities to become an integral member of their team in picturesque town of Harrogate. Revit knowledge is essential.

Skills, Experience & Responsibilities for the role of Project Architect:

  • Sufficient post Part 3 experience
  • ARB registered and the relevant Part 1, 2 and 3 degrees/accreditations
  • Proficiency in Revit is essential
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently
  • Excellent knowledge of current UK building regulations
  • Confident working through all RIBA stages
  • Stay updated on industry trends, technology and best practices
  • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences to create exceptional designs
