Salary: 35000-40000 (dependant on experience)

My client is looking for a talented and passionate Project Architect to join their dynamic, award-winning team in Harrogate. The practice creates high-quality, innovative designs across Commercial, Residential and Industrial projects and they have an exceptional reputation for providing client-focused solutions. This role offers a chance to apply your expertise to a variety of projects whilst building your skills in a supportive environment.

The practice is seeking a Project Architect with sufficient post Part 3 experience and strong technical abilities to become an integral member of their team in picturesque town of Harrogate. Revit knowledge is essential.

Skills, Experience & Responsibilities for the role of Project Architect:

Sufficient post Part 3 experience
ARB registered and the relevant Part 1, 2 and 3 degrees/accreditations
Proficiency in Revit is essential
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently
Excellent knowledge of current UK building regulations
Confident working through all RIBA stages
Stay updated on industry trends, technology and best practices
Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences to create exceptional designs
