Skills, Experience & Responsibilities for the role of Project Architect:
- ARB registered with substantial post qualification experience in a UK based practice.
- Ideally, you will have relevant project experience.
- Lead project teams to deliver creative, functional, and high-quality architectural solutions.
- Collaborate with clients to meet their requirements and enhance project outcomes.
- Utilise expertise in innovative design and local knowledge to ensure project success.
- Oversee all RIBA stages from concept to delivery.
- Proficiency in Revit would be highly advantageous.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative and technical excellence.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage diverse project teams effectively.
